Q: Can I stop by and see the site.
A: Romeo's Retreat is a private home. All access to the property should be by appointment only. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a site visit or call Linda at 925-785-2715
Q: What is your cancellation policy
A: There is a 20% or $1000 (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. All other charges are refundable up to 90 days before the event.
Q: Where are you located
A: We are located 30 miles east of San Francisco in Martinez, California in the beautiful foothills of the Briones Regional Park.
Q: Is parking available?
A: There is limited parking on site but there are multiple options near to the venue for parking and shuttle services to a parking site are included with all packages.
Q: What is your Alcoholic Beverage Policy?
A: Guests must provide their own beverages and alcoholic beverages must be served by a trained bartender (Our caterer can provide bartenders when you use their services). Guests can not be charged for any alcoholic beverages served at Romeo's Retreat. No alcohol can be served to any guests under the age of 21 years of age.
Q: Is there an indoor space that can be used for bridal party prep.
A: Yes, behind the house is a pool house that gives the bride and her party a place to relax and get ready in private.
Q: Can we use the indoor kitchen for food prep.
A: The kitchen is available during the hours of the rental for food prep. All caterers must bring their own cookware, serveware and utensils. And must leave the kitchen as they found it.
Q: Can I use my own caterer and florist. Is there a service fee for arranging delivery?
A: Yes you can use your own vendors. If your caterer or florist are not available to accept delivery of rentals a $100 service fee may be charged.
