VENUE FEE

Friday (5-10pm):                                                $2,400 (50 person minimum) (Additional $10 per person over 50)

Saturday Reception Only (2-10pm):              $3,700 (125 person minimum)  (Additional $10 per person over 125)

Saturday Wedding & Reception (2-10pm):   $4,200 (125 person minimum)  (Additional $10 per person over 125)

        This rental includes the use of the venue Friday night for rehearsal. Option for adding rehearsal dinner.

Sunday (2-9pm):                                                $3,400 (100 person minimum) (Additional $10 per person over 100)

        This rental includes the use of the venue Friday night for rehearsal. Option for adding rehearsal dinner.

INCLUDES:

  • Venue rental which includes use of 1,200 sqft flat surface, 3 tiers of table seating for approx. 200

  • Spacious Bar Area

  • Event Coordinator Services

  • Indoor kitchen for food prep.

  • Setup and Cleanup of venue (including tables and chairs) and waste disposal.  

  • Lighting

  • Covered area for food service upon request.

  • Use of pool house for bridal party prep.

  • Setup of pergola for weddings (not including decorating of pergola)

  • His and Her's portable restrooms with seating area. See photos below.

  • Free valet services before and after the event (2 drivers) 

  • Use of sound system.

  • Authentic wine barrel tables available upon request for guest book and gifts etc...

   NOTE: If using an outside caterer  (our preferred cater is Wendy Aliotti - See Vendor Page) all glassware and linens must be returned to receptacles

     by caterer for pickup or you may be charged a $150 catering cleanup charge.

Additions ...

Wedding Flower Package:  from $2800 (2 large Aisle bouquets, pergola, 12 arranged tables and two small bouquets)

Hydrangea's and 3 types of white roses and assorted greenery in a decorative urn on either side of the pergola, similar silk flowers and natural eucalyptus decorating the pergola, flowers (colors of your choice) in mercury glass containers or surrounding lanterns on each table ($60 per table over 10 tables). 2 simple bouquets for guest book and gift tables. 

Reception or Special Event Flowers: from $1500

Bouquets of roses or similar flowers and assorted greenery for 10 tables with your choice of many colors in either mercury glass containers or lanterns. ($60 per table over 10 tables)

Signage Package:  $100 (rental) include hand painted signs on reclaimed wood for aisle, welcome, table signs and more ...

Flip-Flop Package: We will put together a display of flip-flips of various sizes so the ladies can dance all night. 45 pairs sizes S-XL, with display $250

Blanket Package: We will provide blankets for people to have if the night gets chilly. Starts 30 blankets with display $210.
